​Inclusion Council
The Inclusion Council is a cross-functional team with members from all newsrooms and business departments within the company. The Council’s work focuses on both short- and long-term plans to enable greater diversity, equity, and inclusion across several areas:

- Learning & Development
Inclusion Council members meet regularly and work collaboratively in subcommittees and as one team. The Council develops actionable ideas and initiatives that create a more inclusive and welcoming environment at Boston Globe Media. All current and new employees are encouraged to participate.
